What's the return policy?
This is a digital download, unlike a physical product that can be returned. But I certainly do want you to have a fun and unique experience with me, so just let me know if something goes wrong and I'll do my best to work with you to make it right.
When will I get my pet pic remix?
I'll work quickly to create your image within 48 hours. Once your order is complete, you'll receive an email with a link to download it.

What size will my new image be?
The downloadable image will be in high resolution PDF format, so it's resizable without distortion. I generally use an 8.5 x 11 size so you can print it on a standard home printer.
